ATI Metal Warehouse

This project includes complete pre-construction services such as architectural, engineering, and testing for construction of a pre-engineered metal building. It is used as a warehouse for a neighboring manufacturing company. The project included demolition of the existing structure, site work, utilities, concrete foundation and site concrete, interior concrete floor, landscaping and an asphalt parking lot. The metal building structure included overhead doors, interior finishes, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical work, including new electrical service to the building.
