Hoff Construction was the general contractor for this extensive two-phase project for the Subaru of Loveland auto dealership.
Phase 1 involved a complete renovation of interior finishes including restrooms fixtures, casework, storefront, flooring, plumbing and electrical. Phase 2 involved construction of three new building additions to the original structure for the shop, vehicle delivery, and service departments. The scope includes caisson foundations, masonry, structural steel, roofing, decorative exterior wall panels, pre-engineered metal building, interior finishes, overhead doors, storefronts, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC and Electrical.
