Hoff Construction is the general contractor for an extensive kitchen and bathroom remodel and building addition for Zion Lutheran Church.
The project includes demolition of the existing kitchen and restroom portion of the building and providing new kitchen and restroom facilities including new sewer and gas lines. Construction of a new building addition for a fellowship hall includes site work, excavation, structural foundation, masonry, structural steel, and roofing as well as complete interior finishes, casework, equipment, operable partitions, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping and construction of a courtyard with a shade structure, fireplace and columbarium.
